Our location security services not only make a production run smoothly, it can also save you time and money. It's an unfortunate fact of today's world, that not everyone will have the best of intentions around a film set and by protecting your assets we can help you to save money and time.
Set Builds and Strikes - Our staffs secure set builds 24 hours a day and will liaise and assist with the location department with the arrival of valuable equipment. Wherever possible we ensure a continuity of the same team to avoid any hand over problems. Staff will stay on duty after shooting to secure the strike.
Crowd Control - It is a fact of life that a crowd will tend to gather wherever a film crew sets up. We secure film areas with crowd control barriers to ensure the safety of both the public and crew. Our operatives are experienced in controlling crowds as the camera turns - politely maintaining noise levels and asking the public the refrain from ruining a potentially expensive shot with flash photography or noise.
Tech vehicles -As well as parking the trucks and vans as per the location manager's instructions we secure them during shooting. Coning hazardous areas to comply with Health and Safety regulations and assisting with dispensations are just some of the security services we offer. All our staff is easily identifiable by The Movie Lot fluorescent jackets and security badges.
Close Protection - Our top Artiste Security Operatives are highly trained and have the benefit of years of experience.With an ex-military or police background, our close protection specialists are the epitome of discretion and integrity. Creating a secure and safe environment, continuously monitoring threat risk and ensuring the principles privacy are paramount to creating a harmonious working environment for the principle.
Unit Base Security - After coning and securing any areas ready for Unit Base, our operatives will be there to see in your unit and make sure their arrival runs as smoothly as possible.We're first there in the morning and last out at night, following your instructions to park up catering and technical vehicles, monitor fridges and fuel-levels overnight. Directing crew, background artist’s cars. Securing artistes areas and production offices.
